Coaching step to help transform the input in the masterclass to more practical knowledge. I highly recommend you make use of this – take time now to make time later.

Sharpen the sowrd to sowrden the tree

Firstly thank you very much for attending the Masterclass on 'What makes great teams great'. We enjoyed having you with us and hope you took away what you needed to.

In the interests of a) deepening the learning and b) ensuring the learning is practical and applicable we have set up the opportunity of a coaching circle.

This coaching circle  will take place over an hour in a small group. The circle creates a space for YOU to bring YOUR OWN unique teaming challenges to the group and for us all to utilise the learnings we gained from the masterclass (and other learnings) to help you overcome those challenges. These might include (but not be limited to):

- Creating a greater sense of trust and connection in your team.
- Dealing with team members who don't seem to take accountability for their roles.
- How to build a shared purpose in the team.
- Creating more rigorous and dynamic feedback loops that allow you to learn quickly.

We must emphasise that this coaching circle is not another masterclass or lecture-style time, but rather a shared learning experience where we will facilitate the conversation rather than share content.

Should you wish to attend, please think of the following prior to attending:

1) What do we most need to add, or take away from, our current team that would significantly increase the value our team adds to Scatec?
2) What are you needing the most help with in order to achieve your cultural development targets more effectively?
3) What was your biggest takeaway from the Masterclass that you have applied / want to apply and why?

Please accept this invite and remember to register on the zoom link above prior to the meeting to get the access link. We look forward to seeing you there.
